Finance minister T M Thomas Isaac on Saturday accused Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of “being partisan and subservient to the BJP government at the Centre” even as top Congress leaders called the premature disclosure of the CAG’s draft report a 'constitutional collapse' and an attempt to hide corruption in Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB).
