    Kerala Cabinet nod for issuing fresh ordinance to withdraw Police Act amendment

    79389348The Kerala government has decided to issue a fresh ordinance to withdraw the amendment to Section 118A of the Kerala Police Act. The 118A amendment will become null and void once the governor gives his consent to the new ordinance.
