The state on Monday reported 2,540 new Covid-19 cases while there were 2,110 recoveries. Of the new cases, 2,433 people were infected through contact and the source of infection of 212 was unknown. Among them, 64 are health workers and 23 are Coast Guard personnel from INSH.
