Kerala State Council for Child Welfare (KSCCW) will file a report to the director general of police after taking statements from the four children, who were harassed and denied food by their father at Kaithamukku. A day after adopting the children, KSCCW general secretary S P Deepak said that the children will not be handed over to their parents until they are fit to take care of them.
