Union minister of state V Muraleedharan has come out against chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan for declaring that Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) will not be implemented in the state. "No chief minister in the country can claim that an act passed by Parliament will not be implemented. An act once signed by the President is applicable to the whole country. No state can stay away from it," said Muraleedharan.
