Kerala has become the first state in the country to successfully operationalize a state nodal account under public financial management system (PFMS) for the smooth flow of funds for centre-sponsored schemes (CSS). The state nodal account system for release and monitoring of funds for CSSs has been implemented by the state unit of AMRUT mission.
