The burgeoning prices of petroleum products might have caused a heartburn among citizens, but not everyone stands to lose from this price hike. Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) received Rs 1,921.11 crore, as its share from the petroleum cess received by Kerala, till March 31, 2020.
