Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said the lockdown in the state has given the desired result as the cases have started coming down. However, there is an increase in deaths and hospital admissions, he noted. While only 9% of those requiring treatment were admitted to various hospitals ten days ago, the share has increased to 14% now, the CM said.
