Governor Arif Mohammed Khan is likely to clear the recommendation of the state cabinet to convene a special session of the assembly to discuss the issue of new farm laws and farmer protests on December 31. According to sources in Raj Bhavan, clarifications sought by the governor on the recommendations were filed by the chief minister’s office on Saturday.
