Compensation for flood-hit houses: Only 5 per cent appeals allowed, Kerala HC told

Of the 34,768 appeals challenging compensation granted for fully-damaged houses in the floods last year, only 2,013, or 5.8 per cent, were allowed, state government has informed the Kerala High Court.
