    State needs Rs 31,000 crore to rebuild, says UN report

    66388222The United Nations (UN) team that assessed the damage and loss in Kerala floods, in its report submitted to the chief minister, said that the state needs Rs 31,000 crore for recovery and reconstruction. UN Resident Coordinator Yuri Afanasiev presented the report to chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Friday.
